What Price Your Value?
Friday 28 April 2023, 10AM – 2PM (Sydney times)
For advisory teams at or near capacity, seeking a valuable plan, proven advice models, and sustainable results?
How are great advisory teams advancing their firms, advice careers, and returns when there is just no time? This is the new era of regulatory uncertainty, increasing client demand, a scarcity of available new team members, growing demands on systems and too much dependency on founders and senior team members.
Understand how firms are leveraging valuable paradigms and advice models in our up-coming What Price Your Value Virtual Webinar led by Jim Stackpool.
PLEASE NOTE: Only two seats are available per firm to maximise discussions and involvement. Additional seats can be placed on a waiting list. We also only accept individual logins and no logins from a Board Room setting with multiple participants.
28 April 2023 Agenda
(Please note agenda may change)
ALL TIMES ARE SYDNEY TIMES
This event will be delivered by Jim Stackpool
The principles of growing valuable advisory teams – the three biggest growth mistakes – the trends advice firms must address and ignore – balancing value pricing & capacity.
Identifying each team’s breakthrough amounts. Managing breakthroughs is crucial to fund growth & minimise firm stagnation caused by the stresses of organic growth.
Each team’s value is unique. Positioning of unique value and filtering non-ideal activity is critical to focus on your value for new clients, alliances, networks, referrers and team members.
12:00PM CLIENT VALUE
A team’s value is built upon client value. Client value is initially built upon unmet aspirations and short-term situations. Long-term enduring value is built upon identified client’s complexities.
A team’s and firm’s value weakens due to over-dependency on key members. Reducing and managing dependencies to engage and re-engage on team value is critical for sustainable value.
Your team value is built upon your team’s consistent and methodical models to engage upon each client’s value. Three proven engagement precedents are covered.
1:45PM NEXT STEPS
Before change can occur, priorities must alter. New systems, new approaches need the space created by shifting existing priorities. New priorities also need additional support to overcome old habits.
Post-session implementation support options are available for all participants.
