Is the price academy for me?
The Price Academy is for firms seeking solid growth in the emerging era of financial advice.
All our training materials are designed to accelerate the growth of firms offering comprehensive financial advice to some or all of their advisory clients.
Our Price Academy does this by providing the models, the positioning frameworks, the proven pricing precedents while bringing together a community of advisory teams on similar price and growth paths.
We strongly believe pricing of initial and on-going comprehensive advice will be purely based upon the value each clients experiences. Our proven methods, models and precedents provide the ready-made platform for participants to grow their own unique approaches.
ARE THERE QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO ATTEND?
Attendees qualify for the Price Academy if their role involves skills engaging, managing, pricing support, and advising clients.
Senior advisers, advisers, associate advisers, client support, paraplanners, client management and similar roles with day-to-day client contact will all benefit by attending.
Fees allow for two participants per firm.
What is included in the Price Academy?
The Price Academy provides a lot.
The most valuable framework we will share and train participants in is the client discovery tool – The Certainty Map. This tool reduces adviser dependency, increases team productivity, captures significant client value and complexities that require money or advice or planning. It also positions client value (not product performance or adviser effort) at the centre of every advisory relationship.
Other tools provided articule forward paths (Certainty Advisers are remunerated to keep clients on paths rather than in products) to keep the client’s life on a single page (we call it a, Advice Map), and the many precedents (all proven, working examples) to engage the many different varieties of client types.
The Price Academy includes the Certainty Flows to fast-track the development of workflows, the agendas for client and advisory team meetings, the frameworks for client meetings and effective pricing committees.
The most valuable element of the Price Academy is the introduction to a broad range of participants from the Certainty Advice community of firms. They all perform different roles, all building similar but uniquely different firms for different clients.
Price Academy provides post-session 30-day (we can extend it if proves to be of value) access to our Monday morning Certainty Advice community Roundtables, all self-paced learning materials, workshops on specific pricing, engagement and discovery skills and more.
Every tool, except Certainty Maps, are provided in easy editable soft copies for ease of customisation, branding and implementation post Academy.
