The Getting Started series of short videos outlines the key concepts, issues and steps to help Advisory Team Members prepare and undertake their initial Discovery Meetings with clients, or in Case Studies with each other.
The Certainty Case Studies provide materials for Certainty Advice team member to practice their Discovery Skills with their team members. There are “Getting Started”, “Typical” and “Difficult” case studies to help all team members build and share their Certainty Advice Discovery Meeting skills.
All the forms and documentation to support the delivery of Certainty Advice is located in the Certainty Advice Forms area. Certainty Maps, Advice Paths, Advice Maps, De-Brief forms and many other documents are available for download here.
Slides #4 – #9 in the above 9 Discovery Conversations from Certainty Advice outline the frameworks for Conversation Zero. These frameworks provide the basis for customisation by each Advisory Team member to ensure efficient, respectful and productive initial conversations with potential prospects.
