11AM – Progress requires better positioning. How do advice teams position propositions, expertise, fees, and client value to reduce dependencies and increase returns for clients and themselves?

DEBRIEFING

NOON—Agile teams need proven frameworks that foster innovation, team collaboration, and deeper, broader client engagements. How are teams leveraging experience, value, workloads and capacity? This session overviews the new Certainty AI DeBrief App.

ADVICE EVOLUTIONS

2PM – The evolution of advice is expanding beyond accounting, financial planning, superannuation and risk – how is value captured for clients and advice teams? 

WORKFLOW & CAPACITY

3:15PM – After value, Advice’s next challenge is capacity. Managing workflows, careers, pricing, client bases, attitudes and stakeholder expectations is beyond most teams – how are they thriving?

THE FUTURE OF ADVICE

4PM – The day’s final session facilitates what today’s teams are considering to fast-track valuable returns for clients, owners and team members.

CONFERENCE DINNER (OPTIONAL)

6PM – The wisdom is in the room ensuring the Conference drinks and dinners a highlight for attendees as opinions, experiences and models are shared. These dinners are different. Since 1989 Jim has influenced, and consulted to advisory firms across Australia. As founder of Certainty Advice Group, he acts primarily as facilitator for professionals seeking to build advice businesses to serve the broad best interests of clients.

He has published four books on advice, written industry white papers, judged industry awards, chaired practice management curriculum for higher education institutions, and has been granted by IP Australia and ACCC, Australia’s first professional financial advice certification standard for unconflicted advice – Certainty Advice.
