11AM – Unpacking the conversational frameworks that consistently and methodically identify the enduring value that connects and binds clients with their advisory teams.

NOON – The shortcuts, tips and approaches to customise the value conversations that connect and bind clients with their advisory teams.
PANEL: VALUABLE CONVERSATIONS
2PM – A panel of advisory team members initiate a Q&A surrounding how they have innovated their client conversations and the consequences of their initiatives.
REDUCING ENGAGEMENT DEPENDENCY
3PM – The most important conversation for agile advice teams to deliver consistent, specific and enduring value is not with clients, but with their own team. This session highlights the who, what and why these conversations are vital to reduce key-person dependency.
ENGAGING NEW & EXISTING CLIENTS
4PM – The day’s final session discusses the frameworks, tools, and skills to pitch new and renewing advice relationships.
CONFERENCE DINNER (OPTIONAL)
6PM – The wisdom is always in the room making the conference drinks and dinners a highlight for attendees as opinions, experiences and models are shared to support implementation leveraged on the steps, confidence and returns made by others (Though recommended, dinner is optional and charged post-conference).

10AM – This Panel discussion will facilitate Q&A discussions regarding fees being charged for Certainty Advice, what is provided, and how new and on-going fees are calculated.
PANEL: THE FUTURE ADVICE PROPOSITIONS
11AM – Expert advice, holistic advice, niche advice? This Panel session will facilitate Q&A discussions on the core advice propositions, the skills to deliver them and the supporting documentation to engage.
PANEL: Workflows and Capacity
NOON – More growth too often means more stress. This panel discussion will facilitate Q&A discussions on how Certainty Advice teams are managing workflows, team capacity and business growth.
PANEL: Platforms, Partners & FINteCH
2PM – Managing growth requires new models and partners. Teams must focus on their unique abilities and leverage the support of systems, partners and other firms. This panel session will Q&A on what and how teams partner and outsource advice functions.
PANEL - THE 2024 BENCHMARKS
3PM – What milestones are Advisory Teams using in 2024 to benchmark progress? This panel session will facilitate Q&A on specific performance and breakthrough measures for 2024 and how these are managed within agile advice teams.
CONFERENCE FINISH & DRINKS
4PM – Conference concludes – linger for complimentary Conference Drinks & discussions. The Manly Ferry/Circular Quay Airport Train is best for leaving travellers, allowing for 90-minute travel time on Friday afternoons.

Jim Stackpool
Founder - Certainty Advice Group
Since 1989 Jim has influenced, and consulted to advisory firms across Australia. As founder of Certainty Advice Group, he acts primarily as facilitator for professionals seeking to build advice businesses to serve the broad best interests of clients.
He has published four books on advice, written industry white papers, judged industry awards, chaired practice management curriculum for higher education institutions, and has been granted by IP Australia and ACCC, Australia’s first professional financial advice certification standard for unconflicted advice – Certainty Advice.
